Damages present before service starts will not be accounted for or be considered as our responsibility, these include any damages to personal belongings, furniture, appliances or any other entity or item in your house. There are no duplicate offers and each offer is considered separate. $109 is the minimum order of service required, unless specified otherwise. Any room is considered an individual and separate area. Some rugs, staircases, landings, walk-in closets, baths, fabrics, services, locations and items are priced individually and their pricing may change accordingly. Other restrictions may apply.
